As an export distributor, We target the urban middle-class population. The average income of roughly $30-35K a year.

The upper middle class is the target market for imported US food products. In the past 5 years, the size of this target market and demand for imported products has doubled. Therefore, the demand for foreign products is very high and the number of urban Chinese middle class continues to lead the world with the scale increasing steadily.

Baidu Encyclopedia defines the Chinese middle class from six perspectives:
Income: annual family income between 200 thousand and 500 thousand RMB
Asset: net family asset above 5 million RMB and current asset above 500 thousand RMB
Consumption: annual family consumption between 80 to 200 thousand, and 1/4 to 1/3 is reserved for food
Life: with wide living space and middle or top class vehicle, paying attention to life quality
